En el caso de que resolvieren continuar la administración oficial al recibir los Departamentos las Rentas de que trata la Ley 8ª, se les entregarán por la Administración de las Rentas Reorganizadas, previo avalúo pericial, los enseres, existencias, edificios y semovientes que son de propiedad de la Nación y están al servicio de dichas Rentas.
