Estarán sujetos a adecuación y restauración los suelos que se encuentren en alguna de las siguientes circunstancias: a). Inexplotación si, en especiales condiciones de manejo, se pueden poner en utilización económica. b). Aplicación inadecuada que interfiera la estabilidad del ambiente; c). Sujeción a limitaciones físico - químicas o biológicas que afecten la productividad del suelo. d). Explotación inadecuada.
