La Fiscalía General de la Nación, el Ejército Nacional, la Policía Nacional, la Armada Nacional, la Fuerza Aérea y el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad deberán cubrir con cargo a sus respectivos presupuestos los gastos del personal vinculado a dichos órganos y que conforman los Grupos de Acción Unificada por la Libertad Personal "Gaula" a que se refiere la Ley 282 de 1996.
