Art. 222. A dmitida la demanda la de tercería se dará traslado de ella al ejecutado, al ejecutante y a los tercerista que hubiere, cuando las oposiciones de este se refiera a unos mismos bienes.

El término del traslado es de tres días, tanto para el ejecutado como para el ejecutante, pero si ya hubiere uno o más terceristas, el término del traslado será un común de seis días.
