º Las personas nombradas para desempeñar las funciones a las que se refiere el presente Decreto, quedarán sometidas al régimen común de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades aplicables a directivos y administradores de instituciones financieras. En los términos señalados por el artículo 2º del Decreto ley 125 de 1976, de los respectivos cargos tomarán posesión ante el Superintendente Bancario a quien las personas nombradas deberán acreditar su idoneidad, experiencia y demás condiciones requeridas de acuerdo con la ley.
