Objeto. El objeto del presente capítulo consiste en establecer el procedimiento para la aplicación del crédito fiscal y el procedimiento para la obtención de los Títulos de Devolución de Impuestos -TIDIS, por inversiones en proyectos de investigación, desarrollo tecnológico e innovación o vinculación de personal con título de doctorado en las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, conforme con lo previsto en el artículo 256-'1 del Estatuto Tributario.
