° El inciso 4 del Artículo 453 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedaran así: 4. Los honorarios de los árbitros serán fijados y pagados por el Ministro del Trabajo, por tratarse de personas que ejercen funciones publica. Los honorarios del Secretario del Tribunal Especial de Arbitramento será pagados por las partes y fijados por el Ministerio del Trabajo. La recepción de emolumentos distintos constituye delito sujeto a la sanción penal correspondiente.
