La servidumbre de desagüe grava los mismos terrenos y minas que grava la de acueducto, y tiene por objeto dar salida y dirección a toda clase de aguas, por medio de conductos subterráneos o superficiales. Las reglas establecidas en el artículo 181 se extienden a la servidumbre de desagüe, en cuanto le sean aplicables.
