º Los contribuyentes inversionistas podrán, aún antes de haber recibido la liquidación correspondiente, comprar directamente y a la par en el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, los Bonos del mencionado Instituto autorizados por el artículo 4º de la Ley 85 de 1946, en cuyo caso tendrán derecho a que se les acepte el certificado expedido en la forma expresada en el artículo anterior, como buena cuenta de lo que haya de corresponderles en la liquidación cuando ésta se practique.
