Los documentos públicos en que consten las adjudicaciones de parcelas o cualquier título, estarán exentos de los impuestos de registro, timbre y papel sellado. Igualmente estarán exentos de los impuestos de la renta, patrimonio y exceso de utilidades, los primeros $ 5.000 el avalúo de dichas parcelas, y su dotación.
