Efectos del fracaso de la negociación, de la nulidad del acuerdo o de su incumplimiento. El fracaso de la negociación de deudas y la declaración de nulidad del acuerdo de pagos o de su incumplimiento que no fueren subsanadas a través de los mecanismos previstos en este capítulo darán lugar a la apertura del procedimiento de liquidación patrimonial previsto en el Capítulo IV del presente título.
