Los contratos que celebre el Instituto deberán contener las cláusulas sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas, que exige la ley para los del Gobierno. La declaración de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el Director, con aprobación de la Junta Directiva, cuando la cuantía sea superior a $ 100.000.
