Los empleados de que trata este Decreto, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte en los mismos términos y cuantías que establezca el Gobierno para los trabajadores particulares y empleados oficiales, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior. No tendrán derecho a este auxilio los funcionarios que se encuentren en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia, o suspendidos en el ejercicio del cargo.
