Los presentes estatutos rigen a partir de su aprobación por el Gobierno Nacional y derogan las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Dado en Bogotá, a los catorce (14) días del mes de abril de mil novecientos setenta y siete (1977). El Presidente, Jaime Chavarriaga Meyer.
