Las normas sobre tarifas actualmente vigentes continuarán en vigor hasta un máximo de veinticuatro meses después de iniciar su vigencia esta Ley, mientras terminan los procedimientos administrativos de señalamiento de fórmulas previstos atrás.

En algunos casos especiales, a juicio de la Comisión de Regulación, los límites en los factores a que se refiere el artículo 89, no se aplicarán sino luego de seis años de entrar en vigencia la ley. Sin embargo, la Comisión obligará a la empresa a ajustarse progresivamente a estos límites durante ese período.
