Ámbito de aplicación y actores. Harán parte del SDJE todas las entidades públicas del orden nacional y territorial, independientemente de su naturaleza y régimen jurídico, y este abarcará todas las etapas del ciclo de defensa jurídica del Estado.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de SDJE, las entidades del orden territorial podrán participar a través de las asociaciones y/o agremiaciones en que se agrupen.
