Pérdida de la plantación. Cuando las personas naturales o jurídicas beneficiarias del certificado de incentivo forestal invoquen pérdidas de la plantación por motivos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que afecte la plantación, corresponde a las entidades encargadas del manejo y administración de los recursos naturales renovables y del medio ambiente su comprobación y posterior certificación para efectos de acceder nuevamente al certificado de incentivo forestal.
