Pago de derechos en silencio administrativo. En el evento de producirse autorizaciones o permisos por la aplicación del silencio administrativo positivo, el beneficiario del acto deberá proceder a liquidar y pagar las contraprestaciones que resulten aplicables de conformidad con las normas establecidas en este título, en los términos determinados para cada caso. El incumplimiento de esta obligación dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones establecidas en este título.
