El presente decreto comenzará a regir seis (6) meses después de su publicación, con excepción del artículo 4º, numeral 3, literal F; artículo 11 literales A, B, D, E, J, K, P, S, T y V; artículo 12 literales A, B, C, E y F; artículo 13 literales A, B, G, M, N, O y T; artículo 14 literales E y O, artículo 15 literales F y K, artículo 49 y el Capítulo VIII, que regirán doce (12) meses después de su publicación.
