° El Gobernador de Antioquia, el Alcalde del Municipio de Envigado y todas las autoridades civiles que ejerzan funciones en esa área geográfica, están obligadas a prestarle al Comandante Militar la colaboración que éste requiera para el desempeño de sus funciones en orden a obtener el restablecimiento del orden público en dicho municipio.
