ARTICULO 3.3.4.2.- INCOMPATIBILIDADES E INHABILIDADES ESPECIALES. De acuerdo con el artículo 1.2.0.4. 4. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, los administradores y representantes legales de las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa filiales no podrán ser administradores o empleados del establecimiento matriz. Sin embargo, podrán formar parte de sus juntas directivas los miembros de junta directiva de la matriz o sus representantes legales. Dichos administradores y representantes legales no podrán ser, tampoco, miembros de junta directiva de sociedades matrices cuyos valores estén inscritos en bolsa.
