La suma de cuarenta y cinco mil pesos ($ 45,000), apropiada en el artículo 223 del Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso para pagar arrendamiento de los locales departamentales ocupados en el presente año por oficinas judiciales y del Ministerio Público, se distribuye entre los Departamentos que han venido arrendando sus locales a la Nación para dichas oficinas, así:
