Las participaciones en las rentas nacionales, que en virtud de leyes vigentes corresponden a los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías o Municipios del país, se pagarán a medida que se verifiquen los respectivos ingresos, y mediante la liquidación correspondiente, debidamente certificada por la Contraloría General de la República.
