Una vez sea restituida la porción del patrimonio el Banco Central Hipotecario dispondrá de los recursos para atender el pago de las pensiones legales y extralegales a cargo de éste, para lo cual deberá destinar los bienes correspondientes exclusivamente para atender estas pensiones. El Banco implementará los mecanismos que garanticen dicha destinación.
