Articulo 16 . La aplicación y manejo de la contribución de valorización estarán a cargo del Consejo Directivo de la Corporación, de la Subdirección de Valorización que al efecto se organice en la Corporación de un Comité Asesor de Valorización, y de las dependencias y funcionarios de la Corporación a que expresamente haga referencia este Decreto, de conformidad con las atribuciones y funciones que aquí se establecen.
