° Con destino al Instituto Nacional, de Nutrición, creado por la Ley 44 de 1947, y para que se pueda cumplir adecuadamente lo previsto en dicha ley, se pagará al Ministerio de Salud Pública un centavo ($ 0.01) por cada kilo de sal yodada que se venda para el consumo humano.

Parágrafo

El Banco de la República-Comisión de Salinas tomará del remanente de la renta de Salinas, tomará del remanente de la renta de Salinas, o sea, del producto líquido disponible del Gobierno, la suma que deba pagarle al Ministerio de Salud Pública, de acuerdo con lo previsto en este artículo.
