Ninguna persona empleada por la República para hacer cumplir esta Ley, podrá poseer, ni en todo ni en parte, nave que no sea embarcación de recreo, ni podrá servir como agente, apoderado o consignatario de nave alguna, ni de propietario de carga a bordo, ni podrá importar ni interesarse directa ni indirectamente en importación de mercancía alguna para la venta en la República, o en la exportación de artículos gravados con derechos de aduana.
