° Nuevas operaciones de los bancos hipotecarios. En adelante, los bancos hipotecarios, como entidades bancarias, quedan autorizados a efectuar todas las operaciones de los bancos comerciales de manera general. Así mismo, los bancos hipotecarios quedan autorizados para realizar las operaciones de captación de recursos actualmente permitidas a las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda.
