El artículo 8º de la Ley 66 de 1982 quedará así:

"Artículo 8º. Control . Elcontrol del recaudo, del traslado oportuno y de la inversión de los recursos provenientes del cumplimiento de la presente ley, estará a cargo de las contralorías municipales y departamental del Tolima".
