ARTICULO 99 . Procedimiento . La colisión puede ser provocada de oficio o a solicitud de parte. El juez que la proponga se dirigirá al otro exponiendo los motivos que tiene para conocer o no del caso concreto. Si éste no lo aceptare, contestará dando la razón de su renuencia, y en tal caso dará cuenta al funcionario judicial competente, para que dentro de los tres días siguientes decida de plano la colisión.
