Reajuste de pensiones. Las pensiones de jubilación, invalidez, vejez y las de los beneficiarios de sustitución pensional, por incapacidad permanente parcial, se reajustarán de oficio, cada año, en los términos de la Ley 4ª de 1976 y disposiciones que la adicionen, modifiquen o reglamenten.
