Cada mes, o cuando así lo determine el Presidente, la Secretaría Técnica deberá presentar al Comité un informe sobre el comportamiento de los diferentes programas de crédito del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario. Corresponde a la Secretaría Técnica la preparación de los documentos de trabajo que requiera el Comité para el cumplimiento de sus funciones y la tramitación ante otras autoridades, de las decisiones que adopte el Comité.
