El inciso primero del artículo 8º del Decreto 2016 de 1992 quedará así: "ENDEUDAMIENTO DE SOCIEDADES COMISIONISTAS Y SOCIEDADES CALIFICADORAS . Las sociedades comisionistas y sociedades calificadoras de valores sólo podrán adquirir pasivos correspondientes a créditos otorgados por entidades sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, compras a plazo y bonos convertibles en acciones, esto último sin perjuicio de la facultad prevista en el artículo 5º del Decreto 1172 de 1980 y demás disposiciones legales".
