Decreto 3072 de 1968 · Por el cual se reorganiza la Carrera de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional

Los Oficiales de la Policía Nacional, a partir de la fecha en que cumplan quince (15) años de servicio, tendrán derecho a una Prima mensual de Antigüedad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico, así: A los quince (15) años, el diez por ciento (10%). Por cada año que exceda de los quince (15) el uno por ciento (1%) más.

Parágrafo

Los Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional a partir de la fecha en que cumplan diez (10) años de servicio, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de Antigüedad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico, así: A los diez (10) años, el diez por ciento. Por cada uno que exceda de los diez (10) el uno por ciento (1%) más.
