El monto de los gastos que se financiarán con los recursos que se someten a consideración del Congreso de la República en virtud del proyecto de ley de financiamiento que se presentará al Congreso en los términos del artículo 347 de la Constitución Política, ascienden a la suma de TRES BILLONES CIENTO CUARENTA Y CINCO MIL CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS MILLONES CUATROCIENTOS SETENTA Y OCHO MIL CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA Y CINCO PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($3,145,452,478,465), según el detalle que se encuentra a continuación y con lo cual el presupuesto total de apropiaciones se fija en la suma de DOSCIENTOS TRES BILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($203,000,000,000,000).
