Article 115

Se Otorgará Visa Temporal Visitante Al Extranjero Que, Por Determinación Del Ministerio De Relaciones Exteriores, Requiera De Ésta Para Ingresar Al País

Se otorgará Visa Temporal Visitante al extranjero que, por determinación del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, requiera de ésta para ingresar al país. Esta visa se podrá otorgar para una (1) sola entrada, por un término máximo de hasta sesenta (60) días calendario, salvo las excepciones previstas en el presente Decreto y en los convenios internacionales.

Parágrafo

En todo caso, la permanencia en el territorio nacional del extranjero visitante no podrá exceder de ciento veinte (120) días corrientes dentro del mismo año calendario.
