El Director de la Contabilidad jeneral procederá con arreglo al artículo 2.° del presente decreto en la formacion de la segunda liquidacion del Presupuesto nacional de 1868 a 1869 i en la formacion del de 1869 a 1870; poniendo de 69 a 70, respecto del sueldo del Oficial de recibo i entrega de la correspondencia, el que le asigna la lei de 13 de junio de 1866.
