Prestaciones Económicas. Las prestaciones económicas a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo 116 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, serán reconocidas por la División de Prestaciones Sociales del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o de la Policía Nacional, según sea el caso.
