La determinación que tome el Consejo Superior de la Carrera sobre la inscripción, se hará constar en Resolución motivada que deba expedir el Registrador Nacional dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al pronunciamiento. Contra ella procede el recurso de reposición ante el Consejo Nacional electoral.
