La carrera notarial y los concursos serán administrados por el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia integrado para estos efectos por el Ministro de Justicia quien lo presidirá, los Presidentes de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del Consejo de Estado y del Tribunal Disciplinario, el Procurador General de la Nación y dos notarios, uno de ellos de primera categoría, nombrados en la forma que determinen los estatutos del Colegio de Notarios de Colombia. En el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia tendrá voz el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro.
