Mientras el valor de los apartamentos no haya sido cubierto en su totalidad por los respectivos adjudicatarios, la dirección y administración del centro urbano Antonio Nariño seguirá siendo por parte del instituto de crédito territorial. El costo de los servicios comunales que sean necesarios, será pagado por los adjudicatarios conjuntamente con las cuotas de amortización en forma proporcional.
