Jurisdicción. Para efectos del presente capítulo se entiende por jurisdicción el ámbito espacial sobre el cual puede actuar el curador urbano. La jurisdicción comprende la totalidad del territorio del municipio o distrito, salvo aquellas áreas que se señalen en las normas urbanísticas y en el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial como no aptas para la ejecución de actuaciones urbanísticas o que tengan expresamente restricciones especiales.
