El individuo que por medios fraudulentos se hiciere expedir cédula de ciudadanía, sin tener derecho a ella, además de ser ciudadano, sin tener derecho a ella, además de ser penado como falsario, de acuerdo con el Código Penal, pagará una multa de doscientos pesos convertible en arresto de acuerdo con el artículo 266 de la Ley 85 de 1916.
