Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1903 y 1904 un crédito suplemental por la cantidad de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400) en moneda legal de oro, que tendrá la siguiente imputación:

Por el Ministerio de Gobierno se dará cumplimiento en oportunidad á lo que dispone el artículo 6.° de la Ley 19 de 1894.
