El aporte destinado por el artículo anterior será incluido en el Presupuesto Nacional de la próxima vigencia fiscal, debiendo ser pagado al Tesoro Municipal, quien se someterá a las normas establecidas o que establezca la Contraloría General de la Republica en materia de otorgamiento de fianza y rendición de cuentas sobre inversión de esta suma.
