ARTICULO 19 . COMISIONES EN EL EXTERIOR. El personal de la Policía Nacional que cumple comisiones en el exterior, es evaluado por las siguientes autoridades

Por el Subdirector de Policía Judicial e Investigación, si la comisión es diplomática.

Por el Subdirector Docente, si la comisión es de estudio o deportiva.

Por el Subdirector de Recursos Humanos, si la comisión es de tratamiento médico.

Por el Subdirector Especializado respectivo por la naturaleza de la comisión en los demás casos.
