º Inhabilidad Las personas que sean sancionadas de conformidad con el artículo anterior quedarán inhabilitadas para hacer parte de otras juntas directivas de las entidades señaladas en el presente Decreto, hasta por cinco años, contados a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria del acto que decretó la remoción. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, en el mismo acto que ordena la sanción, decidirá cuál será el período de la inhabilidad. CAPITULO IV. Disposiciones finales
