El fallo será absolutorio o sancionatorio. No se podrá dictar fallo sancionatorio sino cuando exista certeza sobre la comisión del hecho violatorio de las normas contenidas en la presente ley y la responsabilidad del Optómetra acusado.

Parágrafo

La parte resolutoria del fallo se proferirá con la siguiente formula: "El Tribunal de Etica Optométrica por mandato de la ley, decide".
