La compra del material y demás elementos que se necesiten en el Laboratorio se ordenará por el Director General y se pagará por el Cajero Pagador de conformidad con los artículos 62 y 66 de la Ley 15 de 1925. En la formación del presupuesto mensual que el Laboratorio debe presentar al Ministerio, se incluirán las partidas destinadas para estos pagos.
