A quien se demuestre haber comprado café a precios más bajos que los autorizados por este Decreto, se le suspenderá por la Oficina de Registro de Cambios el registro de contratos para la exportación de café y el registro de licencia de importación, por un año a partir de la fecha en que quede ejecutoriada la respectiva resolución.
